Here is an overall review of an organization, iYogi. iYogi is a privately held tech support firm based in Gurgaon in India. iYogi provides remote tech support for customers and small businesses in US, UK, Canada and Australia. It makes use of its patent software to deliver tech support to thousands of people all over the globe. iYogi reviews and also provides support for various kinds of issues concentrated on different elements of the computer that mainly covers the whole gamut of the computer industry.     I have been so fortunate to be associated with iYogi as their customer. They really serve their customers so well. It’s not only about me, but my friend says the same thing as well. And the iYogi reviews are a great help for me. It really keeps me knowledgeable about the technological aspect of our society.

    I really love the reviews part of iYogi. Being a housewife, I am not much a tech savvy person. iYogi reviews keep me updated about the various threats to my computer which I love the most. And my son is in full praise for iYogi services. Really appreciate it

  4. It was a shaky start with iYogi, but at latter stage they compensated the matter completely. They misguided me by mistake initially, but within 5 minutes I received a call back from their side to rectify the error further. I really liked the fact that they accepted their mistake immediately and took the required action so soon. I loved their honesty in true sense.

  7. If you are not a subscriber of iyogi services, my dear friend, you are missing a vital spark in your life. I am sure you may have got a glimpse of what iyogi is following the iyogi review, but there is much more to it. In my two years with iyogi, I have never been failed by its services. And, their technicians, though have an accent, are a delight to work with. Befriend them and have a sound sleep!!

  9. Small businesses can benefit from companies like iyogi that provide remote tech support at a competitive price. Also, since there has been a lot of improvement in remote support over the last few years or so, customers are in for a much better deal than, say, a few years before. The service providers are doing the smart thing by providing support for basically everything related to computers; of course excluding hardware support, that is! And, if they can show their associations with brands like Microsoft and Dell, and others, they are not doing any harm to their (the service providers’) reputations!

  10. It takes some doing to reach where iyogi finds itself today. Primarily on the strength of its quality service and ably supported by some smart business moves, read collaboration with IT giants, iyogi has managed to chalk up a reasonable resume. But the job is not yet done, because things will only get more difficult from here on. People will start expecting a certain standard from iyogi, and if iyogi fails to deliver on that, well the job that has so far been well done will be undone. So, the best thing iyogi can do is continuing in the same vein…

    I never believed in remote tech support before coming in contact with iYogi. My friend introduced me to this company. And from that point, the journey has been very smooth. Some problems here and there, but the overall experience has been great. Entering into my third year of association with iYogi and I have to accept that you guys do a wonderful job.

  13. My family is a big iyogi fan… they take care of all our computer needs… they helped my brother fix his iPod. My father’s age old computer runs like a brand new machine… and I got my MP3 player got fixed.. and all that in $169.99 and still have 6 months of subscription to go… awesome… but please do something about the oh-so-Indian accent… that bothers at times…

  14. I’ve been associated with iyogi since 3 years. The techies have always delivered quality tech support… but they always try to sell off their products.. Being a customer, I know about your products.. when I need something, I’ll ask for it. I don’t think it’s important to pitch products every time I call. Please work on this suggestion… apart from this, there are no issues…

Long waiting hours make me furious… And this is a common thing with every company that offers support over the phone… This was my thinking before coming in contact with iyogi… I called them half-heartedly to fix the blue screen error of my computer… I was prepared for 10-20 min waiting period. But I was surprised when my call was answered instantly… even the tech was quick in resolving the issue… I am grateful to the tech for a fresh experience… iYogi, you made me change my mind!

  16. My experience with iYogi has been nice. The technician took great care to remove malware from my computer. He was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. The only problem was his accent, which was a bit hard to understand. But I managed it well. My computer now works perfectly. Thank you iYogi! I will definitely call you guys again…

  17. I own a small business that is totally dependent on being online everytime. I was in search for a tech support provider that can help me out in case of any technical emergency. I researched a lot and came across a lot of tech support providers. I was unable to decide which one to finalize. finally one of my friend who is a customer of iyogi for the last 4 months, suggested me to avail iyogi's services. As he is a satisfied customer, i decided to go by his advice. Till date i too have no problems with iyogi. i hope this remains the same.

  19. The technician worked on my computer for 4 hours continuously. I was moved by his dedication and hard work. Even my local technician never fixed my computer in 1 day. I am totally impressed. His technical terms were difficult to understand, but rest everything was good… I give him 4/5.

  21. All my family members rely on iyogi whenever they come across any tech issue related to computers or other peripherals. I have prominently pasted the toll free number of iyogi on the desktop. Even my 8 year son can call iyogi and access their remote tech support services. My father who does not know a little bit of computers except starting it and checking his emails too sometimes take iyogi's help. i initially took one year subscription, but once it expired i upgraded it to three year subscription. Thanks iyogi for helping my family perform their tasks on computer without any obstruction.

It's just because of the dedication of iyogi technicians that the company is gaining popularity. i came to know about iyogi through one of my friends who has been accessing its services for the last one year. According to my friend, the tech support guys at iyogi are professionals and very patient in listening to your problems. Once they listen to your problem in details then only they proceed further. They are never in a hurry to get rid of you by just selling their plans. I am soon thinking of opting for iyogi support services. I hope i will too experience the same.

  23. If you have not subscribed to iyogi's tech support services, you guys are really missing something in your life. This is what i experienced when i did not renew my subscription last year when it expired. I had been a subscriber of iyogi for two years, however when the subscription was about to end, i have to go on a month's vacation abroad and i forgot to renew the subscription. When i came back, when i faced an issue then only i realized the importance of iyogi support. i immediately called iyogi and got my subscription renewed. I cant imagine working on my pc without the tech support of iyogi. minor or major, they are always to help you resolve the issue.

In my opinion it's just because of their professionalism that they have created a place for themselves among the industry leaders.   25. Around 2 and half years have passed since when I have been availing the tech support services of iyogi. During this long period I have experienced that the tech guys of iyogi are very professional in their approach. They always try their best to deliver quality tech support. But, as it is quite obvios that to err is human, they too sometimes commit some mistakes. The best thing is that they admit their mistakes, and promise never to repeat it. It's very good to know that now they have started their own e-commerce shop, from where we can purchase quality gadgets and PC periphrals. It's really a nice initiative taken by iyogi. All the best for this venture.

  27. All I would like to say about iyogi technicians is “You are genius”. Literally, I never came across such professional and dedicated tech guys. As I told them about my computer problem, the technician immediately started helping me. One recommendation, guys you should work a little hard on your accent. That’s the only hurdle I faced.

  28. After stumbling through different tech support firms, I finally settled on iYogi. Though I was not sure if iYogi will be able to help me with my troubles, I still chanced upon its name. But Thank God I did it because my experience with iYogi has been completely exceptional. Every time I call them, my issues are taken care very promptly and the technicians are very friendly and courteous. Though at times I had problems understanding their accent, but that’s manageable as they give me ample time to understand their instructions… I highly recommend iYogi!

  29. I was referred to iYogi by a friend, who has been associated with iYogi for long. My computer was showing error messages whenever I tried to connect to my skype account. iYogi technician quickly understood the problem and worked to resolve it completely. I’m glad that I found them.. my problem was solved in a couple of minutes…

    After I got in touch with iYogi, there was no looking back for me. I have opted for their digital home plan and now I get complete technical assistance for all the gadgets in my home. Now I don’t have to run behind individual service providers to get my stuff fixed. I just call iYogi and they take care of everything…. Thank you iYogi for being there for me…
